Development Underway on Innovative Workplace in Downtown San Diego

San Diego’s LeBeau Realty & Associates commenced development on a six-story, 90,000-square-foot office building that shares a site at 450 B St. in Downtown San Diego with an existing 20-story office tower. The buildings will be combined and rebranded as Twenty by Six and offer 364,160 square feet over three stories of subterranean parking.

The project, developed with financing from the Heitman Group, will offer an innovative new approach to the San Diego workplace and is currently slated for completion in spring 2021.


LeBeau Realty & Associates’ Paul LeBeau says, “This project is a direct representation of the evolution of San Diego work/life culture and the shift we are seeing in the approach to office development.
