SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: - Candidate should have several years' experience working with CAM and a strong knowledge of interpreting CAM language in leases. - Accounting degree preferred - Understanding of GAAP accounting and experience with general ledger analysis - Rent Manager software experience helpful. - Proficiency in Excel required. - Candidates must demonstrate skills of attention to detail, data entry, general math skill and PC proficiency.
